The heart of this work is simple: women deserve a place where they do not have to perform clarity before they are met with care.
This is the real me.
I have lived a life filled with all it has to offer: good, beautiful, and hard. I love tea over coffee. I am deeply curious about life and about people. And after walking with women throughout my career, I know in my bones that they do not need to be polished to be worthy of care.
I have spent thirty years listening to women.
I have sat with women trying to make decisions, recover their voice, and understand why something in their life no longer fits. I have listened when family life was tender, when faith felt complicated, and when the old ways of holding things together stopped working.
This is spiritual direction.
Over time, I learned that what helps is not more advice, or faster answers. What helps is having a place to slow down, notice what is actually happening within you, and begin to respond with more clarity and care.
