Sample Session Summary

A simple way to remember what we noticed together.

After some sessions, you may receive a short written summary. It is not homework. It is not a report card. It is simply a gentle way to remember what came up, what mattered, and what small practice may help you continue noticing in the days ahead.

What a summary may include

  • What we noticed together
  • The main thread or concern that emerged
  • Where God, prayer, or reflection seemed connected to ordinary life
  • A simple five-minute practice for the coming days

Why this matters

Spiritual direction can touch something important, but real life keeps moving. A brief summary gives you something plain and usable to return to without needing to remember every word of the conversation.

It is one way SLOW supports the space between sessions.
